At Venum Nederland, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All products must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in unworn condition to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original boxing and include the printed return slip inside the package to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at any authorized PostNL or DHL service point using the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
